Refund policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

Return Inspection

After the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 2 business days.

Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • The refund will be credited within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellation Policy – Vaidikam Products Pvt Ltd

At Vaidikam Products Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural and traditional products to our customers.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Cancellable Orders:

  • Orders that are already shipped or out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Customized or special bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their Order ID details.

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only within the allowed time frame.

Refund on Cancellation:

  • If the order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Company Rights:

  • Vaidikam Products Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
